Commission Policy
Standard expectations for custom FFXIV interior decorating commissions.
50% upfront to begin.
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin your project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and final approval.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you choose to cancel the project, hire another designer, or decide my design style is not the right fit after work has started, the initial up-front payment or whatever was agreed upon will be retained.
